Catalog description

Studying abroad or in other cross-cultural contexts requires developing attitudes, knowledge, and skills to engage others in a meaningful and respectful manner. Theological concepts are introduced to facilitate Christian formation in the cross-cultural setting. Finally, a location-specific project enhances preparation for the off-campus semester. Each class session includes experiential activities. Students are encouraged to take this course the semester before off-campus study.
