Catalog description

Introduces the fundamental concepts of hydrology and the application of hydraulics in the natural and built environment. Topics include the hydrologic cycle, infiltration and runoff, surface water and groundwater flow, pipe networks and water distribution systems, open channel flow and design, and drainage and stormwater infrastructure. Prerequisite: ENGR 336 . Additional course fee required: $105.
