Catalog description

In this Wheaton in England course, we’ll encounter various forms of art and explore what art reveals to us about British history, culture, & spirituality. Along the way, we’ll consider how Christian theology informs and is informed by our understanding of the arts and how we might practice the arts faithfully in our own places. We’ll find teachers everywhere: in cathedral architecture, musical theater, art museums, stage performances, literature, and Evensong services.
