Catalog description

In this course, Westminster seminar mentors will engage in discussions and reflections about how the mentoring experience is unfolding. Ideally, mentors will share ideas and strategies utilized in their mentoring experience with their peers. Also, this course provides a forum for all mentors to brainstorm solutions to issues that have arisen in the experience.
