Catalog description

The content of this course will present aspects of an organization’s IT infrastructure, specifically networking, firewalls, servers, storage options, desktop computing, and mobile devices. Emphasis will be on advantages and disadvantages of different infra structures and computing and storage options. Cloud computing technologies will be explored as viable options for storage, software, 2025-2026 Campus Academic Catalog 225 and computing needs of an organization. Information security considerations are included as essential component to any infrastructure decision.
