A review of the human resource management function in which the practices and underlying theory of the procurement, development, and the maintenance of the individual in an organization will be examined. The basic issues of employee satisfaction and employ ee productivity will be analyzed throughout the course. Cases will be utilized to explore the various concepts introduced.
