Intro to Healthcare Careers

Catalog description

This course is designed to provide exposure to pathways and health sciences careers through a case-based approach. Topics include healthcare roles, scopes of practice, career opportunities, and educational requirements for a variety of health science professions. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the health care professions and interprofessional practice for patient care.
