Collaboration Practices in Special Education

Catalog description

This course provides an analysis of high-leverage practices for collaboration between stakeholders, inlcuding teachers, families, related service providers, and other professionals supporting individuals with disabilities. Students examine macro- and micro-level influences, including family dynamics, community resources, advocacy groups, policy, and legal mandates, on educational planning and service delivery.
