Catalog description

Explorations of basic elements of probability and statistics to solve problems involving the organization, description and interpretation of data. Concrete application will be explored. Also included are explorations of student’s understanding of mathematics related to the teaching of probability and statistics as outlined in the State Standards for grades K-8. Does not apply toward a math major/minor.
