This course introduces students to the application of bioanthropology in criminal investigations, focusing on the analysis of human skeletal remains and other biological evidence in legal contexts. Students will study humans within an evolutionary framework and explore the processes that shape human biological variation and how it is understood, measured, and sometimes misused within legal systems.
