Catalog description

CA 405 is a seminar exploring the anthropological, philosophical, sociological, aesthetic, educational, religious and historical perspectives of the performing arts in relation to its role, function and value in contemporary society. The student is responsible for designing, researching, analyzing, presenting and evaluating an individual performing arts project as a culminating educational experience. Prerequisite: Senior performing arts major (theatre, dance, or music) status or permission of instructor.
