In Risk Management and Contingency Planning, the learner will acquire essential skills in categorizing project risks based on likelihood and potential impact, enabling them to identify and prioritize risks effectively. The learner will perform risk analysis using qualitative and quantitative methods to assess risks, plan appropriate risk responses, and mitigate potential impacts on project outcomes.
