Catalog description

Product Design teaches students how to design a technical solution to a business problem, create a low-fidelity prototype of the technical solution, and then conduct a very limited user test using a created prototype. The course covers skills in functional knowledge contribution, product design, user needs analysis, and software feasibility and usability studies. The following course is a prerequisite and should be completed prior to beginning Product Design: Product Strategy.
