The Healthcare Quality course equips learners with the knowledge and skills necessary to evaluate, measure, and enhance the quality of healthcare services. By combining theoretical foundations with practical applications, the course prepares learners to lead impactful quality improvement initiatives, analyze healthcare outcomes, and implement strategies that promote patient safety, satisfaction, and overall care excellence. Through the use of performance metrics, learners will design a comprehensive quality improvement project tailored to a healthcare organization's quality improvement plan. This course fosters critical thinking and leadership, enabling participants to drive meaningful change in healthcare quality and patient outcomes.
