Elementary Health and Physical Education Methods is a course designed to provide educators with the knowledge and techniques to deliver effective and comprehensive health and physical education (PE) experiences in elementary schools. This course covers a spectrum of topics, from fundamental movement skills to the promotion of lifelong health and wellness habits among young learners. Students engage with current pedagogical approaches that emphasize the integration of health and physical education across various subjects. The curriculum aims to address the needs of all students, fostering an inclusive environment that supports physical, mental, emotional, and social health.
