Catalog description

Scholarship in Nursing Practice helps students understand how research can enhance nursing practice and patient care outcomes. In this course, students will be introduced to the fundamentals of evidence-based practice, including data analysis, ethical considerations in research, and literature review, which they will apply in their clinical rotations which may or may not start in this course. By completing this course, students will develop the proficiency and self-assurance needed to emerge as leaders in the healthcare setting, contributing to the advancement of patient care and the nursing profession.
