Catalog description

This course introduces students to different management information systems including enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), supply chain management (SCM), decision support systems (DSS), transaction processing systems (TPS), and knowledge management systems (KMS). Students learn how these and other information management tools are used to manage business data and information, as well as enable the IT strategy of a business.
