This course covers theories, models, and tools to make effective decisions in complex business environments. Students explore decision-making processes, data analysis, biases, and heuristics, as well as decision-making in teams, strategic and ethical decision-making, and communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Students analyze real-world case studies and engage in decision-making simulations.
