Catalog description

This course is designed to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the key principles, theories, and practices of global leadership. It explores the challenges and opportunities that leaders face in a rapidly changing global environment and examines the skills and competencies required to be an effective global leader. Students critically evaluate different leadership styles and approaches, considering their applicability in a variety of cultural and organizational contexts. The course also covers the role of ethics and values in global leadership, including topics such as cross-cultural communication, diversity, and social responsibility.
