Organizational Leadership

Catalog description

This course introduces the Organizational Leadership program at an advanced level. It discusses Kouzes & Posner’s model of leadership as applicable to business organizations. Students will have the opportunity to examine their own leadership styles in the light of this model. Through their studies, students will be able to assess, understand, and improve their own approach to leading, as well as their ability to select and evaluate leaders.
