Catalog description
Developing quality control and risk management plans are two critically important aspects to an organization in ensuring positive project outcomes. This class covers risk management, beginning with analyzing risks and developing mitigation strategies, identification and quantification of risks, preparation of risk response strategies, and monitoring risk factors. In addition, through group discussions and applied exercises, students develop an understanding of quality assurance, how it must be integrated into risk management assessments, and processes for reaching agreement with stakeholders regarding the quality requirements for the final deliverable of a project.
