Managing project schedules can be one of the most challenging and critical elements of successfully completing a project. Time management is essential to attaining project success. For this reason, processes have been developed to address specific issues associated with project schedule management. This class covers the processes of Plan Schedule Management, Milestones, Defining Activities, Sequencing Activities, Estimating Activity Durations, Developing a Schedule, and Schedule Control. Students gain hands-on experience using project management software tools to create work breakdown structures and Gantt charts.
