Catalog description
In this course, students learn how to determine the financial health of an organization by using financial management and managerial accounting principles through a non-financial manager lens. Students review common analysis tools and techniques to help them make better management-level decisions while gaining an understanding of financial statements. Students explore the accounting and transaction recording process and the presentation of accounting data which can be used to provide meaningful conclusions about the financial position and performance of an organization.
