Catalog description
This course is an introduction to the management of short-term or current accounts of the firm to optimize its risk/return profile. Management of the liquid assets of the firm which comprise a substantial portion of total assets has been made possible because off the increasing range of management techniques and technologies. As a higher-level undergraduate finance course in working capital management, the course covers the concepts of managing working capital, corporate cash management, and forecasting and planning short-term investment and financing.
