Introduction to Business Law

Catalog description

The course will lead students through an exploration of the basic structure and processes of the legal system. Key common law areas and major regulatory laws that impact business will be reviewed. The focus of this course will be a working knowledge of business law and the social and ethical issues that may be related to legal issues.
