PR: ( ENGL 101 and ENGL 102 ) or ENGL 103 with a minimum grade of C- in each. Examines narrative and professional writing in health and medicine. Students study and compose texts that represent and influence experiences of illness and care, considering how storytelling, genre, and the professional practice of writing shape communication, understanding, and action in health-related contexts.
