This course will expand upon the topics discussed in Stage Management Principles, applying a student’s knowledge of unions and labor laws to the work of a Theatrical Production Manager. Students will learn about the administrative side of theatrical work, including season planning, calendar development, budgeting, human resources, and crisis management.
