Catalog description

Introduces students to the principles and practice of using mixed methods for research and evaluation. Students will explore the theoretical foundations, common study designs, and strategies for integrating, interpreting, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to address complex public health issues. Emphasis is placed on critiquing mixed-methods research literature, applying data integration strategies, and learning skills in interpretation and reporting.
