Catalog description

This course is designed as an introduction to the concepts and principles associated with sustainable agriculture at Potomac State College. The economic, entrepreneurial, environmental and social aspects of sustainability will be addressed. This course includes hands-on activities on our farms, case studies and field trips to local agri-businesses that connect principles of sustainable agriculture to local farming systems.
