This course is an introduction to the field of neuroimmunology, a field at the intersection of neuroscience and immunology, with a focus on understanding the immune modulation of the nervous system. In this class, students will gain background on basic context of the field, and exposed to research elucidating the importance of the interaction between these two complex systems.
