Catalog description

PR: NRSC 101 with a minimum grade of C-and PR or CONC: MATH 124 . This course introduces methods of research in neuroscience, with an emphasis on how data are collected, analyzed, represented, and interpreted. Students learn scientific inquiry, evaluate validity of evidence, and examine how data are generated and communicated. Students practice applying data and information literacy skills to neuroscience and interdisciplinary issues, preparing them for more advanced coursework and independent research.
