Catalog description

Open to all School of Media and Communications majors, this one-credit course introduces drone (sUAS) use for visual storytelling. Students explore legal and regulatory issues, journalism and creative applications, and techniques for drone photo/videography. The course also helps students prepare for the FAA Part 107 exam to become licensed sUAS pilots.
