Catalog description

Prepares WVU’s delegation for participation in an international Model United Nations simulation. Students examine the structure and operations of the United Nations, research assigned country’s foreign policy positions, and develop skills in position paper and resolution writing, public speaking, negotiation, and diplomacy. Requires conference participation. Serves as the capstone for International Studies and Political Science majors and carries SpeakWrite designation.
