In this course, we will examine the main supply management and strategic sourcing activities, to include the purchasing process and organization of the supply management function, supplier selection and evaluation, negotiation and conflict resolution, ethical and legal issues, cost and price determination, value analysis, global and technological issues pertaining to supply management, among others.
