PR or CONC: ENTR 400 with a minimum grade of C-. Prepares students to become owners of existing operating businesses through two proven pathways: Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) and franchising. Emphasizing ETA (approximately 75 percent) while covering franchising fundamentals (approximately 25 percent), the course guides students through search strategy, target selection, valuation, financing, due diligence, deal structuring, post-closing operations, and franchise unit economics.
