Catalog description

PR or CONC: MATH 128 or MATH 129 or MATH 155 . Use of software tools such as spreadsheets, numerical and symbolic mathematical analysis packages. Study of programming concepts and techniques. Preparation of graphs , interpolation and curve fitting, and solution of linear and non-linear simultaneous equations. Emphasis is on the application of numerical methods and software applications. Laboratory practice is required.
