Theory and techniques to form, develop and facilitate effective teams in technical organizations: personnel selection, project charters, time management, effective communications, managing disruptive behaviors, documentation, project completion. Typical sources of tension among engineers and between engineering with other departments and how to constructively manage conflict. On-site, virtual, and hybrid teams of engineers, support units, clients, suppliers, and labor.
