Prospective teachers explore their own identities and experiences and how these might influence the teachers they become. Students examine philosophical and theoretical frameworks that influence pedagogy, curriculum, and learning environments. Emphasis is placed on developing critical awareness and collegial relationships that support reflective practice and efforts to improve educational systems.
