PR: CMGT 101 and CMGT 350 and CMGT 370 and PR or CONC: CMGT 360 . The course applies construction management knowledge and tools to developing and constructing single, multifamily projects, commercial projects and others. The project life cycle includes conceptualization and feasibility, preconstruction service, construction, and closeout, introducing and applying the Value Management framework.
