PR: ECON 200 with a minimum grade of C-. This course introduces the fundamental concepts and processes of construction project management. Topics include project participants, project types, legal and organizational structures, delivery methods, contract fundamentals, estimating and bidding concepts, scheduling principles, and essential project documentation. The course provides the foundational project management knowledge required for advanced CM courses such as estimating, scheduling, and contracting.
