PR: (ART 372 or ART 372S ) and (ART 287 or ART 287S or JRL 262 or MDIA 262) with a minimum grade of C- in each. This art course addresses core principles of microcomputer programming, sensor interaction, and the Internet of Things to create wearable, accessible, and site-specific interactive environments. Students will establish a critical awareness of computer-controlled environments through programming, circuit construction, and customized console design. Technologies explored include Arduino Lily Pads, electronics prototyping, fabrication, and 3D printing.
