Students enrolled in NCEL 070XG #71426, a tuition-free class, study English as a second language and earn hours towards a Certificate of Competency. Students that are interested in earning non-degree applicable units are advised to enroll in the class ESLW 070XG #71425 and are required to pay tuition fees.
