Students enrolled in NCEL 050RW #71416, a tuition-free class, study English as a second language and earn hours towards a Certificate of Competency. Students that are interested in earning non-degree applicable units are advised to enroll in the class ESLW 050RW #71415 and are required to pay tuition fees.
