This section is taught with students enrolled in ESLW 040LS #71401. Students enrolled in NCEL 040LS #71402, a tuition-free class, study English as a second language and earn hours towards a Certificate of Competency. Students that are interested in earning non-degree applicable units are advised to enroll in the class ESLW 040LS #71401 and are required to pay tuition fees.
