Students enrolled in NCEL 030LS #71400, a tuition-free class, study English as a second language and earn hours towards a Certificate of Competency. Students that are interested in earning non-degree applicable units are advised to enroll in the class ESLW 030LS #71399 and are required to pay tuition fees.
