Advisory: MUSC 005. Required for music majors, this course is a laboratory in ear training and sight-singing and must be taken concurrently with MUSC 003A. This class provides a systematic training in the ability to hear music elements of melody, harmony and rhythm, and to perform melodic, harmonic and rhythmic elements, dictation and analysis.
