Pilates for Injury and Special Populations: Instructor Training

Catalog description

This is a HYFLEX class. Students may participate IN-PERSON or ONLINE. The lecture portion is delivered ONLINE in an ASYNCHRONOUS format. The lab portion meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:20 AM to 10:45 AM in PE 8 and is available either IN-PERSON or ONLINE SYNCHRONOUS. Access Canvas through the link at the top of the WVC homepage.
