Neurogenic Cognitive & Language Disorders with Lab

Catalog description

Assesses the clinical management of the neurogenic language disorders with major emphasis on neuroanatomy and the physiology of abnormal states including functional changes that accompany a particular syndrome or disease. Topics include symptoms, etiology, diagnosis and treatment of neurogenic language disorders across the lifespan. The lab will integrate the practical application of theoretical knowledge learned in the course.
