Addresses the nature, etiology, diagnosis and clinical management of speech sound acquisition, speech sound disorders and speech sound processes and speech sound production, accent reduction, motor planning and execution across the lifespan. The lab integrates the practical application of theoretical knowledge of speech sound disorders. The clinical immersive experience includes practical application in a supervised environment provided by program faculty.
