Catalog description

Synthesizes clinical experiences through a seminar, debrief approach. Provides opportunities to discuss the actions and thought processes involved in patient care situations, decisions, and outcomes. Encourages personal reflection to create professional improvement plans. Assists with the national certification preparation. Includes evaluation of competencies required for entry-level practice to include, medical knowledge, clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities, clinical and technical skills, interpersonal skills, and professional behaviors in a summative assessment.
